We accept Mastercard and Visa. Your card is charged when you place your order, before dispatch.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Standard delivery takes between 5–8 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination and shown at checkout. International orders may attract customs duties, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's cost, and refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Arbortech tools carry a 12-month limited warranty on the motor and mechanism, covering defects in workmanship and materials. Consumables such as blades, belts, brushes and dust boots, normal wear and tear, misuse and unauthorised repairs are not covered.
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order, or opt for store credit valid for 3 months.
