Do I need to have the grinders handle fitted?
YES! Using the blade on the flat, and working the machine with two hands ensures the best visibility for the operator and also means that hands are kept well away from the work area.

Why is the blade not turning freely/cutting into the guard housing?
The cutting blade was not seated down properly on the small pulley wheel (this would make the cutter wobble). Take care to seat the blades down onto the shoulder/rim. The Mini Industrial and Mini Pro blade have been fitted without using the supplied raising washer. For more information refer to this video.
