Description

The Precision Carving System™ is the smallest attachment in the Power Carving Range. Highlighted by the Mini Ball Gouge, this 3-piece set will open the door to more intricate power carving, detailing and texturing. The Mini Ball Gouge has a 15mm diameter ball-shaped cutter. This set also includes a Universal Base that, when fitted to the Power Carving Unit™ or a standard 4 1/2" or 5" angle grinder with a 5/8″ spindle, allows users to interchange the precision carving and sanding bits to carve smaller radii, intricate details and fine textures in wood.

Mini Ball Gouge

Based on the popular Ball Gouge, this scaled-down version enables users to shape smaller radii and get into even tighter spaces. The Mini Ball Gouge has a 15mm diameter ball-shaped cutter. Carve smooth hollows and dips on a smaller scale.

Barrel Carver

The Barrel Carver can be used at an angle or upright to bore down into the wood. Controlled carving on the outside of the barrel can create right-angle corners and provide greater access into tight spaces.

Drum Sander

Finish where the Barrel Carver leaves off with the Drum Sander’s high and low grit sanders. Ideal for finishing and polishing after carving with the Barrel Carver.

Universal Base

Engineered to fit the Power Carving Unit or a standard 4" - 4 1/2" angle grinder with a 5/8" spindle, this slim base provides additional reach and visibility and allows users to interchange the 3 precision bits with ease.
